《我的青春》劇情簡介
講述曾是童星的男主角宣佑海（宋仲基 飾），因成人世界的欲望被迫退出娛樂圈，轉行為小說家兼花藝設計師，過著平凡生活。
女主角成濟妍（千玗嬉 飾）出身富裕家庭，后家道中落成為娛樂公司組長。為事業成功，她主動打破初戀宣佑海的平靜生活，試圖利用其過往名氣。
兩人在人生最黑暗時期曾互相扶持，時隔十多年重逢，重新面對青春時期的傷痛與未竟情感。
